What's the turnaround time for a branding project?
You'll need to complete a detailed questionnaire about your brand, provide existing brand assets, & submit a curated Pinterest board to show us your visual preferences
What do I need to provide before the project starts?
For customized services, we offer the option to pay in 3-4 installments over the course of the project, paid at milestones (ex: project start, after design approval, at the end of project.
Do you offer payment plans?
To ensure transparency + clarity for both parties, we do. You can feel secure in the fact that we'll provide you with great service, legally.
Do you require a legal contract?
Two are included in the process, & we'll keep in contact with your the whole way. Need more? No worries—we'll just bill that separately.
How many revisions are included in the packages?
To streamline our process, we provide consistent updates and video walkthroughs instead of calls.
Do we need to do an inquiry consultation call?
PNG, JPG, SVG in black & white, and full color.
What formates will my logos come in?
Your completed questionnaire with all your brand details, Pinterest board for visual inspiration, brand photography, & any existing brand materials/details.
What content do you need from me?
We offer 2 weeks of post-launch support to address any issues. But if we can answer any questions for you, please reach out.
What if I need help?
We can't offer you raw files due to licensed assets (ex: fonts, graphics). If you need to hire us to make tweaks to your brand, please contact us.

Submit your details & secure your designing spot on our calendar. The week before starting, we’ll review your direction, homework, & confirm any last-minute details via email.

01. HOMEWORK

Two weeks of post-launch support follow your project to ensure everything runs smoothly—we're here to help you resolve issues you encounter issues during this period. The Showit platform offers continuous tech support within the app for whenever you need expert assistance.

If you give us the green light, we'll tie up the admin loose ends & work on packaging up the files.
You'll sign off to confirm the finished project & we'll request feedback on your experience. We aim to have your project completed within 1 week of approval.
05. confirm details
We'll present the next design for your approval along with a concept explanation. We're happy to offer you one more revision at this point at no charge.
04. REVIEW
Notes
- Timeline: Can change depending on client needs & response times.
- Contract: A signed contract is required before work can be done.
