What do I need to provide before the project starts?
For customized services, we require 25-50% deposit, & paid in full before project delivery.
Do you offer payment plans?
To ensure transparency + clarity for both parties, we do. You can feel secure in the fact that we'll provide you with great service, legally.
Do you require a legal contract?
Two are included in the process after we present thr concept, & we'll keep in contact with your the whole way. Need more? No worries—we'll bill separately!
How many revisions are included in the packages?
To streamline our process, we provide consistent updates and video walkthroughs instead of calls.
Do we need to do an inquiry consultation call?
We specialize in building websites on the Showit platform—a powerful + flexible website builder that allows for full creative control.
What platforms do you build websites on?
Your completed questionnaire with all your brand details, Pinterest board for visual inspiration, copywriting for each website page, high-quality brand photography, any existing brand materials, plus a few more tech details we'll cover during onboarding

We offer 3 weeks of post-launch support to address any issues. But if we can answer any questions for you, please reach out.
